If these measures are unsuccessful, you can demand a refund or a price reduction. <\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Return of faultless goods within the European Union:<\/span><\/p><p>Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The item must be in its original condition. <\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Return costs:<\/span><\/p><p>We will bear the return costs for faulty or defective items. You bear the return costs for faultless items that are returned within the 14-day withdrawal period. <\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Non-returnable items:<\/span><\/p><p>Certain items can only be returned if they are faulty. These include original artwork, framed paper prints and framed canvas prints. <\/p><p>If you have any questions about a particular item, please contact us at info@monira-art.de before arranging a return.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Refunds:<\/span><\/p><p>As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will inform you of the status of the refund.
